An Olympic Super Curl Bar is a barbell designed specifically to train the arms.

The EZ Curl Bar (50mm) is a barbell specially designed to train the upper arms. The special shape of the tooth in the barbell is very good to keep with exercises such as bicep curl and triceps extension.

The main advantage is that the load on the lower arms is saved by the specific shape of the handlebar bar. For this reason the possibility of annoying overloading injuries in the forearms is much more reduced than when performing these exercises with a straight bar “normal”.
